This notice covers our Halloween email and text signup program at 2101 Washington Ave, Houston, TX 77007. Separate Toast notices apply to ordering, payments, and rewards.

Information we collect

We collect the email address, mobile number, and date of birth you provide, along with Instagram identifiers, signup responses, consent records, signup source, and message delivery and interaction information. Date of birth is used to verify eligibility for our U.S. text program for ages 21 and older.

How we use information

We use this information to process signups, verify eligibility, send requested Halloween updates, answer questions, and manage preferences and opt-outs. Updates may cover decorations, menus, events, and related announcements, including future Halloween seasons until you unsubscribe.

Email and text signup are separate choices. Commenting starts the conversation and does not itself subscribe you. Marketing consent is not required to make a purchase.

Providers and sharing

Instagram/Meta, ManyChat, and Klaviyo process information to operate the conversation, signup automation, subscriptions, and messaging, subject to their applicable privacy notices.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers helping deliver this program. Other information may be disclosed as required by law or to protect legal rights and prevent misuse.

Your choices and requests

Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing email. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for text-program help. Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of the other. Retention

We keep program information as needed to operate the program, document consent and opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. Limited suppression records may be retained to honor unsubscribe requests.
