Ironclad cast iron pizza at Betelgeuse Betelgeuse Montrose. We make dough every morning, and each batch cold ferments for 36 hours before it's pressed into a cast iron pan. Wisconsin brick cheese goes all the way to the edge, and it bakes at 615 degrees in our deck ovens. A large is a 14-inch pan and a small is 10-inch. Gluten-free crust on a large is $5 more, and the dough is vegan.
