When you sign up for emails and texts, the form asks for your name, email address and mobile number. They go to Klaviyo, the company that sends our emails and texts. If you agree to texts, we send marketing texts to that number, and some may be sent automatically. Consent isn't required to buy anything.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
The Halloween signup through Instagram and text has its own notice with the text program terms: email and text signup privacy.
The chat's answers are written by an AI model from Anthropic, so your question goes to Anthropic to get an answer. We save questions and answers in our server logs to make the answers better. The chat never asks for your name, so please don't type personal details like a phone number or address.
Your IP address is used only to stop too many questions coming from one place too fast. It isn't saved with your question. The conversation itself lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it.

The Washington and Montrose pages show a Google Map. When it loads, your browser talks to Google, under Google's privacy policy, and Google may set its own cookies. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts.
This site has no analytics, no ad pixels, and doesn't set cookies of its own. The servers that host it keep standard request logs, like IP address and the page asked for.
If any of this changes, we'll update this page. Last updated October 8, 2026.
